The Barn 1880: Historic Venue has been renovated and modernized to maintain its century-old charm.
The lower level (The Milk Parlor) offers a radiant heat floor to extend the booking season and to offer opportunities for smaller gatherings year-round. Capacity 100.
The upper level of the bank barn (The Granary & Hay Loft) is eco-friendly with natural ventilation open slat barn siding, a large entrance, a large exit leading to an outdoor deck, and a staircase leading to a lower patio (May - October). Capacity 175.
Both spaces have new modern indoor restrooms. Complimentary Hospitality & Decor Items Included. Caterer of Choice. Vendor Recommendations Provided.
Also included is The Loft Suite - an on-site getting ready apartment attached to The Farmhouse. Includes guided tour and wedding planning consultation/vendor coordination services. Includes on-site management team.

With limited availability for the upper barn & outdoor weddings, including all amenities, please be advised that dates are only reserved when a non-refundable retainer of 25% of the Venue Rental Fee with a signed contract is secured. The remainder of the balance is divided up into three (3) additional payments of 25% due 180 days, 90 days, and 60 days prior to the event date. A damage & infraction security deposit is required and will be refunded per contract compliance within fourteen (14) days after the event.
Evidence of Liability Insurance is required within five (5) days of contract delivery.
