Weekend Mornings / Early Afternoon Open-House Block

  • Saturdays & Sundays

  • Anytime 8:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • $100/hour: 4-hour minimum

A bright, peaceful start to the day with plenty of time afterward to attend other open houses.

Weekend Afternoon / Evening Open-House Block

  • Saturdays & Sundays

  • Anytime 2:30 PM–10:00 PM

  • $100/hour: 4-hour minimum

A festive option with golden-hour light, cooler temps, and patio string lights.

  • Monday–Thursday

  • 9:00 AM–10:00 PM

  • $75/hour: 3-hour minimum
