Please Note: The ceremony, rehearsal, and preparation are all off-site.
Capacity: Up to 100 seated plus a sweetheart table, modest dance floor, and room for a DJ.
Held in The Stone Cellar.
Package Highlights:
8 hours of exclusive access, (October 11 - May 1) 1 PM - 9 PM ;
Includes a dry bar, cash bar, or host bar package. Professional Caterer Recommendations.
Reserve your date with a 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract.
Balance payments: 25% due 120, 90, and 60 days before the event. Damage deposit required 30 days before, refundable 14 days after the event. Liability insurance is required 30 days before.

Ideal for couples who elope or marry off-site and want an open-house style reception.
Please Note: Getting ready, ceremony, and rehearsal take place off-site. Our venue team will decorate The Barn 1880 in one of four curated aesthetic styles, so when the bride and groom arrive, everything is beautifully set and ready for their celebration. Couples hire their favorite caterer & baker to still enjoy a great food, great company, and that cake-cutting moment with friends & family.
Capacity: Up to 100 seated plus a sweetheart table, modest dance floor.
Held in The Stone Cellar, Lower Barn.
