Bridal Party: Full access to The Loft Apartment (Farmhouse) for getting ready (Access on Saturday at 10 AM for hair & Makeup/ Getting Ready/ Brunch);
Groom’s Suite: The Stone Cellar;
Saturday Ceremony (4 pm), Social Hour (4:30 to 5:30 pm), Reception Dinner/ Dancing (5:45 pm- 8:45 pm), Bar Option (5:45 pm - 8:45 pm), Grand Exit (9 pm), Pack up & Lock up by 10 pm: (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (12 Hours));
Ceremony in The Granary at 4 pm (Upper Barn) or Off-Site;
OPTION TO ADD a Mimosa Bar during Getting Ready Photos for Wedding Party;
OPTION TO ADD: A premium “Love is Brewing” Self-Serve coffee station during the cake-cutting ceremony;

All Weddings: Due at 15 Day Consultation: Proof of Liability Insurance; Proof of Security (Warsaw Police Department) for bar service hours; 10% Infraction & Damage Deposit;

Eloped;
Were married off-site the same day;
Want to add an on-site ceremony before their reception.
Available: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays; Time: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (8 Hours)
Capacity: Up to 100 seated guests, plus:
Decorated Sweetheart table;
13 Guest Tables with 6-8 Chairs Each + Optional Venue Centerpieces;
Modest dance floor with Space for your DJ.

8 hours of exclusive venue access;
Option for a Dry Bar, Cash Bar, or Host Bar (No additional bartending fee for the couple);
Professional Caterer, DJ, Baker, Officiant, Photographer recommendations - Couples choose their own caterer and baker while enjoying all the favorite reception traditions, including dinner, dancing, cake cutting, and celebrating with family and friends.

Additional Requirements
10% damage & infraction deposit due 15 days before the event (refundable 14 days after);
Event liability insurance required 15 days before the wedding (Third-Party Provider - approximately $1 per guest);
WPD Security is required during all bar service hours (3 Hours Max).

A relaxed, open-house style celebration for couples who have eloped or married off-site and want to celebrate with family and friends.
Available: Thursday, Friday & Sunday (Subject to Availability)
