Getting Ready: Bridal Party: Full access to The Loft Apartment Suite (+Farmhouse Landing) for getting ready (Access on Saturday at 10 AM for hair & Makeup/ Getting Ready/ Brunch); Groom’s Suite: The Stone Cellar (Lower Barn);
TIMELINE: Saturday Ceremony (4 pm), Social Hour (4:30 to 5:30 pm), Reception Dinner/ Dancing (5:45 pm- 8:45 pm), Bar Option (5:45 pm - 8:45 pm), Grand Exit (9 pm), Pack up & Lock up by 10 pm: (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (12 Hours));
LOCATIONS: Ceremony in The Granary (Upper Barn) or Off-Site (Some Couples Plan a Church Ceremony); Social Hour in the Stone Cellar (Lower Barn) (4:30 pm to 5:30 pm); Reception in The Granary & Hay Loft (5:45 pm to 9 pm);

OPTION TO ADD Host Soda Station during Social Hour (His & Hers);

Caterer & Vendors: Couples choose from the venue’s preferred caterer and vendor lists and provide their own hospitality items such as plates, napkins, silverware or can ADD from the venue’s hospitality & services options.
With the Signature Saturday Wedding Package, the bride, groom, and their families can relax and enjoy every moment, knowing all the details are taken care of.

Celebrate your wedding in our beautifully restored Stone Cellar (Lower Barn) with an intimate reception designed for up to 100 seated guests.
Available: Thursday, Friday & Sunday (SATURDAY Subject to Availability)

Want to add an on-site ceremony before their reception.

Eight (8) hours of exclusive venue access from un-lock to lock up;
Option for a Dry Bar, Cash Bar, or Host Bar (No additional bartending fee for the couple);
Professional Caterer, DJ, Baker, Officiant, Photographer recommendations - Couples choose their own caterer and baker from the venue’s preferred list while enjoying all the favorite reception traditions, including dinner, dancing, cake cutting, and celebrating with family and friends.
Please Note: If adding a ceremony, rehearsal is a same day option within the contracted time; lower barn tables are not moved so guests witness the ceremony at their dining table; Wedding party preparation and getting ready take place off-site.
Reservation & Payment: 25% non-refundable/ Non-transferrable retainer and digitally signed contract to reserve your date.
Remaining balance due in three installments:
25% due 150 days before;
25% due 120 days before;
Final 25% due 90 days before.
Additional Requirements
10% damage & infraction deposit due 15 days before the event (refundable 14 days after);
Event liability insurance required 15 days before the wedding (Third-Party Provider - approximately $1 per guest);
WPD Security is required during all bar service hours (3 Hours Max).
Beverage Service
Due to licensing & insurance, The Barn 1880 is the exclusive provider of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Outside beverages are not permitted.
