Whether you’re hosting a birthday, baby shower, fundraiser, community gathering, family reunion, or corporate event, our beautifully restored historic barn offers the perfect setting to gather, connect, and create unforgettable memories.

We make planning easy and flexible, with reservations ideal for a wide range of events — from intimate gatherings to lively celebrations.

Weekdays (Mon-Thu) | 3-Hour Minimum – $100/hr.

*Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) | 4-Hour Minimum – $100/hr.

Additional hours available at $75/hr.

A 50% retainer is due at contract signing, with the remaining 50% balance due thirty (30) days prior to the event.

Payment is completed via credit card with a digital contract signature.

The Barn 1880 reserves the right to designate certain high-demand dates as premium dates subject to a higher hourly reservation rate and /or a higher minimum reservation requirement.

Venue Highlights: The Lower Barn – Stone Cellar

Enjoy rustic elegance with modern comfort in our climate-controlled space, complete with air conditioning and radiant heat for year-round use. Host can choose to self-cater or hire their favorite local caterer (ask us for our recommendations too).

  • Self-catering (Food)

  • Clients may choose to self-cater for qualifying events. Please note:

    • The venue does not have a catering kitchen, food preparation space, warmers, refrigeration for food storage, or catering equipment;

    • All food must arrive fully prepared and ready to serve.

      The client is solely responsible for:

      • Food set up & service within the reservation period;

      • Monitoring food safety & temperature guidelines;

      • Providing any necessary serving items or equipment;

      • Cleaning & removal of all food items & relevant materials at the conclusion of the event wishing the reservation period;

      • The venue does not assume responsibility for food quality, food safety, or food handling practices.

      Non-Alcoholic Beverages

    • Clients may self-cater soft drinks. If choosing to bring beverages:

      • Clients must provide their own drink dispensers, cups, ice, and supplies;

      • The venue does not loan drink dispensers or beverage equipment;

      • All beverage items must be removed at the end of the event within the reservation period.

For hosts who prefer a simple, no-set up option, The Barn 1880 offers a chilled beverage cooler stocked with:

  • Bottled Coca-Cola products;

  • Bottled water;

  • Bottled lemonade.

Beverages are available at $2 per item, allowing the host to easily provide refreshments without the need to shop, transport, set up, or clean up beverage equipment.

This option is a popular and affordable way to keep guests refreshed while simplifying event logistics. Host is invoiced at the close of the event.

  • 13 Undressed Guest Tables with 6–8 Chairs each (Venue does not provide guest tablecloths; Venue does not move or rearrange table floor plan)

  • 2 Food Service Tables with a Black Tablecloth

  • 1 Beverage Table

  • 2 Undressed Dessert Tables

  • 2 Whisky Barrels (One for BYO Plates, silverware, napkins) (One for BYO specialty cake/dessert option)

  • Outdoor Patio Seating (weather permitting)

  • Welcome Bar Option (The Barn 1880 is the ONLY provider of alcoholic beverages by licensing & state law)

Every milestone deserves a warm welcome — and at The Barn 1880, your celebration begins with a toast!

Our complimentary Welcome Bar is an included option, subject to licensed staff availability, offering the perfect way to greet guests during the first 30 minutes of arrival (21+ with ID).

Includes: Bartender, drinkware, and ice.

Choose Your Style:

  • Host Bar – You cover guest drinks (tab settled at the end);

  • Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks. Venmo. Credit Card. Cash.

This thoughtful amenity sets the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable celebration.
